The Alex Fraser Group is engaged in construction and demolition materials recycling, and asphalt production and paving. We operate five manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, two in Brisbane and employ 260 people. The role is based at Derrimut in Melbourne.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will grow aggregate and road base sales volumes by building strong relationships with capital works and civil contractors.
You will also maintain relationships with demolishers to ensure adequate supply of incoming construction materials for recycling.
You will develop Key Account Management Plans (KAMPs) in conjunction with the Sales Manager and support relationships with VicRoads and local councils.
You must have:
- Previous experience in Key Account Management for capital works and civil contractor customers
- Experience with technical selling
- Ability to quickly develop product/industry knowledge
- Superior communication and negotiation skills
