We operate four production facilities in Melbourne, three in Brisbane and employ around 200 people. The roles are based at Clayton, Epping and Laverton in Melbourne.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Alex Fraser Group has a great opportunity for three Crushing Plant Leading Hands to join their Melbourne teams.
As the plant leading hand you will supervise the daily operations of a concrete recycling plant. The site comprises a large fixed crushing plant, pugmill, sales and face loaders, excavator and a water truck. You will ensure that the team is tasked to achieve production and sales targets for high quality road base and aggregate materials. Typical duties include supporting production forecasting, continuous supervision of the production processes, plant preventative maintenance and repairs, inspections and health and safety reporting. You will also ensure the progressive, long-term development of the operations and its people.
You must have experience with fixed rock crushing or mineral processing plant and mobile earthmoving equipment. You must be able to set high standards for safety, professionalism and customer service. You must have LE and LL tickets. Skid Steer and HR licenses are desirable but not essential.
