Alex Fraser is Australia’s largest manufacturer of recycled construction materials and an innovative asphalt production and paving company. We operate five facilities in Melbourne, two in Brisbane and employ over 300 people. This role is based at Derrimut.

About the Opportunity
Alex Fraser now has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing aggregate and road base sales volumes by building strong relationships with capital works and civil contractors.
You will develop Key Account Management Plans (KAMPs) in conjunction with the Sales Manager and support relationships with VicRoads and local councils.
Importantly, you will be adept at maintaining relationships with demolishers to ensure an adequate supply of incoming construction materials for recycling.
You must have:
- Previous experience in Key Account Management for capital works and civil contractor customers;
- Experience with technical selling;
- A strong track record of success in sales to capital works, civil construction and government customers;
- The ability to quickly develop product/industry knowledge; and
- Superior communication and negotiating skills.
