Our Company
The Alex Fraser Group is engaged in construction and demolition materials recycling, and asphalt production and paving. We operate five manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, two in Brisbane and employ around 250 people. The role is based at Derrimut.

About the Opportunity
The Sales Administrator ensures we serve our mid-range and COD customers and provides back up to the Customer Service Centre. This is a busy and dynamic environment. You will manage a sales plan for around 30 customers outside of Key Account Management Plans. You will also support the Customer Service team when they are busy, they handle around 600 calls and schedule over 350 truck deliveries per day.
You will also work closely with Key Account Managers to provide quotes, follow up lost sales and technical enquiries. The hours require your availability 6.30 am - 4.30 pm weekdays.
You will be a highly capable administrator with great interpersonal skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have experience with telephone-based, logistics-related customer service, high level Microsoft skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Word) and high level numeracy for sales calculations. Experience with quarry products, aggregates, construction materials or concrete is desirable but not essential.
We are offering a base salary of $63,000 plus superannuation. Best of all, you will work with great people in a supportive environment.
