The Alex Fraser Group is engaged in construction and demolition materials recycling and asphalt production and paving. We operate five facilities in Melbourne, two in Brisbane and employ around 270 people. The role is based at Laverton North.

About the Opportunity
We have a great opportunity to enter Australia’s leader in the sustainable use of recycled materials in asphalt production. Alex Fraser Group are currently staffing a state-of-the-art, purpose built asphalt manufacturing facility in Laverton North, which will be Australia’s largest asphalt production plant.
This is a multi-skilled team environment so you will also pitch in and learn the wheel loader, laboratory and dispatch. Full training and tickets will be provided.
6am to 4pm, six days a week. Your earning potential is high with lots of overtime and Saturdays. Regular weekend and night shift work is required so flexibility and a strong team work ethic are essential.
In return, you will earn a base rate of $27.71 as well as a Daily Allowance of $23.50 and a monthly RDO.
